HOT Groupon DEAL! 65% OFF Picaboo Photobooks

Bookmark and Share

————————————————————-
My personal experience with Picaboo:  I bought this Picaboo offer last year when it was on Groupon to capture our Spring vacation memories (so glad to see it roll back around right before we take this year’s vacation!).  It is a GREAT deal for those of us who aren’t traditional scrapbookers.  I love Picaboo’s coffee table quality products, easy layout designs, and the simplicity of using picture books to organize my photos.

I especially LOVE today’s Groupon price!

Easily Create A Beautiful Picture Book And Archive Your Pictures

Just in time to preserve your Spring and end-of-school photos and memories, Picaboo and Groupon have launched a great “side-bar” savings offer of 65% OFF the regular price of any photo books, calendars and collage posters from Picaboo!  There are two 65% OFF saving options:  For $25 you get $75 worth of  photo books, calendars, and collage posters, or you can choose $35 for $100 worth of products.  Offer must be purchased by Monday, but can be used through October 30, 2012.

Pass this along to your friends in other cities, too! This can be purchased and used from anywhere in the U.S (find at the Fort Worth Groupon site).

Not familiar with Picaboo? Check out their collection of customizable photo products at their website here.

How to find and get the offer:

  1. Go here to sign up for today’s 65% OFF deal at Groupon.
  2. Select Fort Worth as Your Groupon city.  This is valid from anywhere in the U.S. since it is an online store offer.
  3. Find the menu tab at the very top of the page labeled “All Deals” (in the navigation bar right above the words “Fort Worth”).  Click on the “All Deals” tab which will take you to a new page with lots of other Groupon deals.   When I last looked, I found the link to the Picaboo offer on the left of the 3rd row. Just be sure to…
  4. Buy your Groupon before the end of the day, Monday.
You do have until October 30, 2012 to use your Groupon. Since
there is a limited quantity of these certificates available and it is a national deal, I would recommend not waiting too long to make your purchase since these can sell out.

Enjoy and Share! :)

SAVE THE DATE: April 26-28 ~ Sharon Young & Ladies Designer Brand Warehouse Clothing Sale

Bookmark and Share

Need to update or add a few new pieces to your wardrobe?
Be sure to mark the next Sharon Young and Ladies Designer Brand Warehouse sale (April 26-28) on your calendar. The sale will feature 1000s of items from their spring clothing collection at big discounts. This is their biggest sale of the year and it’s definitely worth the drive to Dallas!

Personally, I am a big fan of this sale.  I have saved a bundle off retail prices (50 to 75% OFF) and brought home some gorgeous outfits at below wholesale ~ much of my wardrobe has come from this sale’s clothes racks. Prices start at $20 and the most expensive items (dresses and jackets) are $60!

We will be popping over to Dallas to capture some sneak preview pictures of the goodies, so stay tuned for a future post and more info in the coming days. Until then, you can take a peek at the company websites to get a glimpse of some of the clothing brands you will find:

Details, details
When: April 26-28, 2012 ~ Thursday & Friday, 8:00AM to 8:00PM
and Saturday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Where: 10367 Brockwood Rd ~ Dallas.  You’ll see signs directing you where to go (or just follow all the ladies you will see!)
Do note: There is a large dressing room provided for trying on all your finds, but typical of women’s fashion warehouse sales, it is ladies only and not private. Since this is a women only event, husbands, guy-friends and kiddos under 12, please stay comfortable at home.

SniqueAway Texas Vacation Bargain: Lake Conroe Family Resort (La Torretta) ~ Hurry!

Bookmark and Share

If you have followed this blog for any length of time, you know that we are BIG, big fans of TripAdvisor’s travel bargain site SniqueAway (read our review here).  Backed by the credibility of TripAdvisor.com, SniqueAway offers limited-time sales and deep discounts on some fantastic 4 & 5-Star rated hotels around the world, with savings typically from 40-60% OFF.

Worth mentioning ~ this week we were glad to see a fantastic SniqueAway deal on a family friendly lake resort, right here in Texas ~ La Torretta Resort on Lake Conroe (Montgomery, TX)!

Through SniqueAway’s sale, hotel rates at La Torretta start at $139 a night (normally $199 or more) and there are dates available now through early July.  The reservation through SniqueAway includes access to the resort’s 3.5-acre Aqua Park with 5 pools, a lazy river, a private beach on Lake Conroe, tennis courts, fitness center and more (go here for the full list of amenities).  They also have a golf course and spa available for an extra fee.

To Get The Deal:

Go here to sign-in or become a member for FREE then navigate to the La Torretta deal on SniqueAway.  Tip:  Be sure to look for a diamond shaped icon on the dates when you peruse the available options on the calendar ~ the diamond icon means those dates feature the lowest sale price.

Right now, almost all dates through July 4th are available for La Torretta at this special SniqueAway rate.  If you intend to take advantage of this, you won’t want to wait too long as it’s only available on SniqueAway for a week and popular dates tend to sell out fast (offers are on a first come, first serve basis).

Learn more about SniqueAway, here or go here for a longer review of our experience with SniqueAway (and why we like it so much!).
