FREE Admission To All National Parks — November 11

The National Parks Service is offering FREE entrance to over 400 parks Friday, November 11, in honor of Veterans Day. As part of the free entrance day, you can enjoy over 400 National Parks for FREE. Do note that not all National Parks charge fees, but those that do will waive their cost on this day (for example, $25 a car at Big Bend or $20 a car at Rocky Mountain National Park).

Secret Sauce Tips: Registration for the Teacher Study Pass must be completed online (here) and is not available at the park. You will receive an eVoucher which can be exchanged at any SeaWorld kiosk for a complimentary pass. Similar offers available to teachers at Sea World in Orlando, Florida (here).

:: FREE Single-Day Admission to SeaWorld and Aquatica for Military Families: SeaWorld is providing FREE admission to active military and up to 3 of their direct dependants. In case the service member is deployed, dependents may also take advantage of this offer without their service member.

FREE Admission to The Modern Art Museum, Monday March 9

The Modern Museum of Fort Worth is offering FREE admission to the public Monday, March 9th! While the museum is normally closed on Mondays, their doors will not only be open, admission is waived, and children can begin celebrating with the special gallery program, Spring Break Wonders.

:: FREE Unlimited Admission Teacher’s TicketSea World is offering a FREE Teacher Study Pass to all actively employed and certified K-12 grade school instructors in the state of Texas.  This pass allows unlimited admission to SeaWorld  and Aquatica San Antonio now through September 7, 2015.

Secret Sauce Tips: Registration for the Teacher Study Pass must be completed online by May 31, 2015 and is not available at the park. You will receive an eVoucher with can be redeemed & exchanged at any SeaWorld kiosk for a complimentary Teacher Study Pass. Also, you must redeem your eVoucher at the park by July 31, 2015 or your eVoucher will expire.   Similar offers available to teachers at Sea World in Orlando, Florida (here).

President’s Day Weekend (February 14-16), enjoy 1000s of  U.S. National Parks, Historical Sites, and other national scenic and recreational areas for FREE! This special fee-free weekend, is sponsored by the U.S. National Parks service and is only offered a few times a year (see other dates below).

Do note that not all National Parks managed areas charge admission fees, but those that do will waive their costs these days (such as $20 a car at Big Bend or $25 a car at the Grand Canyon or Yellowstone National Park).
