Wonder If Your Cell Phone Is Safe? Use This Radiation Emissions Phone Guide To Find Out

Your cell phone emits radiation every time you send out a voice or
text message (or even just surf the web).
Some research studies (not all)
suggest that increased cell phone use might increase the risk for cancer or
even children’s behavior problems.  While these studies are not conclusive,
you just might want to use EWG’s guide to low radiation phones when you
shop for your next cell phone:

8 Suprising Food Savings Tips: Use Your Freezer & Stretch Your Supermarket Dollars

I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes.
We have a small household, so consequently, I find it a challenge to use up
perishables before they expire and become a science experiment in the fridge! :)

If you are like me and usually have leftover ingredients, you’ll find  All You
Magazine’s

post on 8 Suprising Foods You Can Freeze really helpful.
It has great ideas on how to get the most out of your supermarket dollars and
ideas for strategically freezing perishables.

The list has ideas on how to freeze:

  • Milk
  • Cheese
  • Citrus
  • Eggs (really!!!)
  • Tomato Paste
  • Ginger
  • Nuts
  • Fresh Herbs

A little taste of what is in store:

Fresh Herbs:  For whole sprigs, wash, pat dry with paper towels,
wrap tightly in plastic wrap and place in a freezer bag. Freeze for
up to 6 months. Alternatively, chop herbs and place in an ice cube
tray. Pour a tablespoon or two of water on top of the herbs and
freeze. Transfer cubes to freezer bags; freeze for up to 6 months. To
use, simply toss a cube into a skillet when the recipe calls for herbs
and let the water cook off.

Go to All You Magazine: 8 Suprising Foods You Can Freeze to read
the full article & get all the tips.

Enjoy! :)
