Beautifully located on the riverfront of the Trinity Trails in the new Clearfork development, The Trailhead will offer free to the community outdoor exercise classes and other recreational activities on Saturdays during the fall and spring seasons.

8:00 am – Social Run with Luke’s Locker Have you wanted to get into running? Or are just looking for a group to run with? Join Luke’s Locker at The Trailhead for a social run on the Trinity Trails!
8:00 am – Fitness Bootcamp with PT Fitness. Break a sweat with PT Fitness. The fitness boot camp is a fun, motivating, dynamic self-paced class geared towards developing cardiovascular and muscular strength endurance.
9:00 am – 11:00 am Rock Climbing Wall with Summit Climbing Gym. Reach new heights at The Trailhead climbing Summit’s mobile Rock Climbing Wall. This activity is family-friendly and no experience is necessary!
9:00 am – Stroller Strides with Fit 4 Mom. Stroller Strides is a total fitness workout that moms (and dads) can do with their babies. This family friendly workout weaves songs and activities into the routine. Be sure to bring water, a yoga mat, your children and stroller!
10:00 am – FitBody Bootcamp with FitBody. Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
12:00 pm – Express Barre Class with Smart Barre. Ladies, Smart Barre Express is an efficient workout that won’t waste your time. Combining core elements of yoga, pilates, and ballet into one class, you will receive a full body workout that will energize you for the day!
