This is a fun activity to pass along to parents and grandparents of stroller
aged children ~ they probably could use a nice break from the house! :)

                                        

Want to learn a something new about fine art?
There is a great opportunity on Friday, February 25th at The Amon Carter
Museum
for parents and grandparents of stroller aged children to take an
interactive tour of the museum (and meet other new parents)!  

Be sure and also save the date for future New Parents Tours at the Amon
Carter Museum
which are offered on the last Friday of each month and
feature new art on each tour.  Upcoming dates are: February 25, March 25,
April 29, May 27, and June 24.

What: The Amon Carter museum is offering a FREE art education event
    for new parents. Bring your baby and enjoy an interactive tour designed
    to introduce parents to a variety of artworks at the Amon Carter.
    Reservations are not required, but you can call 817.989.5030 or email
     education@cartermuseum.org to receive helpful instructions.
When: Friday, February 25, 2011 – 10:30am – 11:30am
Where: The museum is located at 3501 Camp Bowie Boulevard.

Parking: FREE parking is available in the museum’s lot, which is east of

afternoon of children’s activities! They’ll have craft tables, face-painting,
a balloon artist, games, story times, refreshments, door prizes, music by
the Fort Worth Youth Orchestra, as well as a 1:00 screening of the movie
The Muppet Christmas Carol. Kids can have their photos taken with a
LIVE reindeer, too! It’s all FREE and open to the public!
