Woo-hoo! Our favorite warehouse clothing sale, The Ladies Designer Brand Warehouse Sale, starts the next week ~ Thursday, August 2 and runs through Saturday, August 4. This direct from the manufacturer warehouse clothing sale happens only 4 times a year, and everything is marked down 50% to 75% OFF retail. They have sizes to fit just about anyone (from Petite to Women’s sizes and everything in between)!

I popped over to Dallas to preview the sale a few days ago and had to practically camp out to see it all! :) The warehouse sale floor is huge and packed full of rows and rows of beautiful summer and transition-to-fall fashion bargains.  I was drawn to the bright, fun colors in the collection, and the enormous selection of Sharon Young and Tru Luxe Jeans at 50% off retail made it hard to choose!

The August 2-4 sale will feature thousands of discounted items from Sharon Young, Multiples, City Girl, Tru Luxe, and more  designer brands at big discounts. Prices start at $20 and the most expensive items (dresses and jackets) are $60.

   

In a nutshell, here’s what you will find at the August sale:

  • Over 18,000 gorgeous ladies clothing pieces, 50 to 75% OFF retail.  There is a huge selection that covers a wide variety of styles from trendy to traditional and from casual to dressy.  These are gorgeous top designer quality collections carried in high-end department stores and fashion boutiques ~ you’ll find them at this designer warehouse sale at deeply slashed prices.

Personally speaking: I bought this deal at the end of last year myself, and can highly recommend Eyes Nouveau ~ they have a great selection of fashion frames, state-of-the-art exam technology, and a really helpful staff.  This is a fantastic deal if new specs or an eye check-up are on your “to buy/to do” list ~ especially since the voucher from Groupon Fort Worth is good for a year. Here’s the scoop…

Groupon has a terrific offer this week if you are in need of new glasses.  For $50 you get a $99 Eye Exam and $150 towards Prescription Glasses at Eyes Nouveau.  And, if you don’t need an eye exam, you can instead use the voucher to get $200 towards any in-store frames with prescription lenses.

Grand Opening for Trader Joes in Fort Worth & Home Goods in Southlake

A couple of upcoming store grand openings dates are on our radar (and they should be on yours too!):

:: Home Goods Grand Opening, May 20 in Southlake: We are THRILLED to have a Home Goods store opening in N. Tarrant County (finally, after all these years, we have a location closer than Los Colinas!). If you’ve been in a Home Goods store before, enough said.  If not, this is a great store to find almost anything to accessorize the home or complete your kitchen ~ from name brand cookware to lamps, bedding, rugs, furniture, small appliances, gourmet food and bunches more.  With a constantly rotating inventory, the store sells items at deep discounted prices, and many of their items are brands you will recognize (i.e. Ralph Lauren, Calphalon, Cuisinart, Yankee Candle, OXO, etc.). I look forward to running into you at this new location  (Southlake, 200 North Kimball Suite 228 ~ between 114 & Southlake Blvd).

:: Trader Joe’s Grand Opening,  June 15 in Fort Worth: We’ve heard about the California-based Trader Joe’s grocery chain for years.  They have a reputation for offering good food, cheap prices, and providing a shopping environment and staff that is ridiculously friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to finally stepping into Trader Joe’s for the first time and checking out their inaugural Texas store location (Fort Worth, 2711 S. Hulen St.).
