See the skies light up over Lake Grapevine every Friday at the Summer Blast Fireworks Show starting at 9:30 p.m. Beginning Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, this weekly show can be viewed on the rooftop of the parking garage at Gaylord Texan Resort, as well as at parks around Lake Grapevine. Whether you’re a participant or a spectator, celebrate the 100th birthday of Lake Worth on Saturday at the Centennial Boat Parade! At 11:00am, Mayor Betsy Price will lead the 11-mile parade route of over 100 participating water craft including power boaters, sail boaters, standup paddleboarders, kayakers and canoers. Lake Worth filled to capacity on Aug. 10, 1914, becoming the largest municipal park in the world. 100 years later, Lake Worth is a sparkling jewel surround by green parkland.

There will be demonstrations, art activities, food trucks, and as a bonus, admission to the Samurai exhibit is free during the event!
