:: FREE USS Fort Worth Commissioning Watch Party

The state-of-the-art littoral combat ship (LCS) – the first U.S. Navy ship to be named after our city – will be commissioned in Galveston, and you can watch the festivities live on the big screen beginning at Sundance Square’s Gateway Parking Lot.  Family fun will be provided by Clowning Around Entertainment throughout the morning.

Preservation is the Art of the City is a 2-week public art show and sale featuring jury-selected artists. This will be the last weekend of this non-profit gallery event which promotes and supports local studio artists as well as historic preservation in Fort Worth.
