Join your family and friends at this weekend’s FREE concerts at the Levitt Pavilion in Arlington – part of their packed summer series of free music, dance and performing arts under the stars. The entertainment schedule includes a wide span of music genres including jazz, pop, latin, country and even special events just for kids. The Friday evening concert (June 1) headlines Beau Soleil (Grammy-winning contemporary Cajun artistry), Saturday (June 2) features The Tejas Brothers (Honky-tonk with a dash of spicy Tex-Mex), and Sunday features blues artist, Guitar Shorty.
Be sure to bring along a lawn chair or blanket to enjoy the outdoor entertainment! Snacks or a picnic dinner, and beverages are allowed, but no glass containers, please.

Friday nights over Grapevine Lake will sparkle with spectacular fireworks each Friday through the summer, now through Labor day. If you want to add some extra fun to your family evening, plan to view the fireworks from the Gaylord Texan Resort parking garage roof ~ a great viewing platform, and they will have a music DJ, games for kids, giveaways, and food and beverages for purchase.

Fort Worth’s herd cowboys will present a fun and educational demonstration about the tools, equipment and techniques used during the cattle drive era of the late 1800′s at Fort Worth Cow Camp.
