Be sure and put the Friends of the Fort Worth Public Library Biannual Book Sale on your calendar — October 18 (members only) and October 24 to 26. During this bargain basement public sale, you’ll be able to choose from thousands of fiction and non-fiction books, audio books, children’s books, music CDs, and more. Books are always a GREAT deal at this sale, and because all proceeds benefit the Fort Worth library system, all purchases will be tax-free as well! Here’s the scoop:

Saturday, October 18, 9 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Public Sale (Held in the Chapter 2 Annexes)
$1 admission; children and members free.
Friday, October 24, 9 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 25, 9 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
$15 All you can fit in a box (they will provide the boxes).
Sunday, October 26, Noon – 4:00 p.m.
Where: The Friends of the Fort Worth Public Library Book Store is
located at 5332 Trail Lake Drive, in the Wedgwood Village
Shopping Center (South on Trail Lake Drive, off Loop 820). The Chapter 2 Annexes are located in the same shopping center as the bookstore in suite numbers 5318 and 5334.
