Join the Noble Planetarium staff for a FREE Star Gazing party Saturday night. You will find plenty of telescopes for viewing and lots of experts available to help you and your family navigate your way through the skies.

The 46th Annual Greek Festival of Fort Worth will be held at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Fort Worth and will feature authentic Greek food, live Greek music & dance, and other festivities for the family.

:: FREE Fort Worth Veterans Day Parade

Pay tribute to the men and women who have served in the service of our country at the 2013 Veterans Day parade in Fort Worth. The parade starts at La Grave Field, winds through downtown and then ends back at the Cat’s home field. One of the best places to watch the parade is between Belknap and Fifth streets.

What: This event is a terrific event honoring our country’s heroes and fun for all ages.
When:
Parade begins at 10:00AM on Monday, November 11, 2013
Where: Downtown Fort Worth ~ Parade starts and ends at La Grave Field in Fort Worth. View the parade anywhere along the parade route ~ from La Grave Field parking lot, the parade will swing west of the courthouse on Houston Street, go south to 5th Street, loop north on Main Street and then swing east of the courthouse and return to LaGrave Field.

Taps ‘n Tunes Productions will be presenting a lively USO show of song and dance to honor our veterans. They have partnered with The Veteran’s Memorial Air park to provide free admission to all exhibits. Additionally, American Legion and Patriot Riders will be on site to share their stories and answer questions (be sure to thank them for their service!).
