The Kimbell museum will be hosting a special Texas Camerata chamber music performance spanning the end of the Renaissance and the dawn of the Baroque period. This special concert is offered in conjunction with the museum’s special exhibition of Caravaggio and His Followers in Rome.

If you are not familiar with award-winning solo pianist David Nevue, you’ll find his piano style is similar to George Winston or Jim Brickman — beautiful, touching, and with an appeal to all ages (hear samples of his music here).

Southlake’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting festivities will begin at 5:30pm with live entertainment from local choirs and groups. The tree lighting ceremony begins with the arrival of Old St. Nick who will switch on the lights and turn the square into a winter wonderland! Festivities also include carriage rides, hot chocolate, and kids activities.
