First Friday On The Green, Outdoor Concert Event in Fort Worth

Enjoy a fun evening with your family and friends with First Friday on the Green,
a FREE monthly live music series rolled out by Fort Worth South. Bring
your blankets and chairs (and even Fido if you want), and enjoy an evening
of live music from two great bands in a relaxing setting.
Hungry? Enjoy one of the neighborhood’s fantastic restaurants beforehand
or take in Chadra Mezza & Grill which will be selling their tasty fare at the
event. No outside coolers or food please.

Get New Plants For Your Garden & Learn Something New
at Calloway’s FREE Perennial Plant Swap & Seminar

This Saturday, April 3, 9:00am, Calloway’s Nursery is hosting a perennial plant
swap in Fort Worth and Plano. This is a great way to expand your garden with
shared plants, seedlings, and bulbs, as well as trade tips with other local gardeners.
Additionally, there will be a FREE Perennials clinic at 10:15 and hourly prize
drawings for garden gift cards.
The event is FREE and open to the public.

FREE Home Depot ~ Build. Learn. Create. Kids Workshop
Saturday, April 3, 2010
This Saturday, bring your child to Home Depot’s Kids Workshop to help
them learn a new woodworking skill and make a FREE Butterfly House to
take home.
Each Kids Workshop participant will receive a kid-sized orange apron (similar
to a Home Depot associate apron) and an achievement pin. All Workshops are
free, but you should probably show up early to insure you have a kit for your
little ones.

to the Fort Worth Museum of Science & History

Bank of America’s 2010 national program, Museums On Us offers FREE
admission, the first full weekend of every month, to 120 participating
museums throughout the U.S.
This FREE Admission program takes place this weekend (April 3 & 4) in
Fort Worth at the recently rebuilt and opened Fort Worth Museum of
Science and History. If you have not visited the museum since it
reopened in November, you are in for a TREAT!
