Books, CDs and More as Low as 50 Cents — Friends Of The Fort Worth Library Sale

Book lovers — be sure and make time for the Friends of the Fort Worth Public Library twice a year sale — April 22-24 & May 7. During this bargain basement public sale, you’ll be able to choose from thousands of preloved fiction and non-fiction books, audio books, children’s books, music CDs, and more. There are always GREAT deals to be found at this sale (most items are priced between $0.50 and $1.50), and because all proceeds benefit the Fort Worth library system, all purchases will be tax-free as well!

Here’s the scoop…

Public Sale ($1 admission; children and members free)
Friday, April 22,  9 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 23,  9 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

$15 “All You Can Fit in a Box” Sale (boxes provided)
Sunday, April 24, 
9 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Garage Sale, Plus $15 All You Can Fit in a Box Sale (boxes provided)
Fixtures and gift items from the warehouse will be sold and there will be another $15 a box day on remaining books.
Saturday, May 7, 
9 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Where:  The Friends of the Fort Worth Public Library sale is located at 5314 and 5318 Trail Lake Drive ~ three doors north of the Friends Book Store in the Wedgwood Village Shopping Center (South on Trail Lake Drive, off Loop 820).

Other helpful tidbits: Along with cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards are accepted. All proceeds benefit the Fort Worth Library. To learn more, call the Friends Book Store, 817-346-2255.
