Attention book lovers! Want to learn about future bestsellers before they become bestsellers? How about a chance to read books before they are available to the public? Robert Haddock from Random House will buzz about forthcoming books and give readers the inside scoop on spring and summer titles. - 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 2, Central, Tandy Lecture Hall

As part of Cliburn’s International Competition and Festival series, the Fort Worth Central Library will host a FREE performance from 24 of the world’s best 13 to 17-year-old pianists. The concert will take place in the Gallery of the Fort Worth Central Library (500 W. 3rd Street) Thursday, June 25 at 12:30 pm.  Families with children are encouraged to attend. Bring a sack lunch (cookies and water provided).
