:: FREE Music Under the Stars Fall Concert
at the Levitt Pavilion in Arlington

Join your family and friends for an evening of FREE music at the Levitt Pavilion in Arlington – part of their fall series of free music and performing arts under the stars. Be sure to bring along a lawn chair or blanket to enjoy the outdoor entertainment. Snacks or a picnic dinner, and beverages are allowed, but no glass containers, please.  Tonight’s line up includes local favorite, Soul Track Mind.

Preservation is the Art of the City is a 3-week public art show and sale featuring 45 jury-selected artists. This non-profit gallery promotes and supports local studio artists as well as historic preservation in Fort Worth.

This Saturday, Calloway’s Nursery is hosting a gardening clinic focused on fall lawn care ~ a great class to learn how to revive your lawn and banish weeds in your winter Texas lawn! You’ll learn the secrets to success for a healthy lawn including how and when to weed, feed, stimulate and overseed your Texas grasses. The event is FREE and open to the public.

Fort Worth Stockyards Animals Alive event Critterman

Bring the family to “Animals Alive,” a FREE day of fun in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards. You will learn about some of our unique Texas animals at a live animal presentation with “Critterman.” You’ll also have the opportunity to ride a pony, go to the petting zoo, cheer for the armadillo races, and take part in cow camp.

Fort Worth’s herd cowboys will present a fun and educational demonstration about the tools, equipment and techniques used during the cattle drive era of the late 1800′s at Fort Worth Cow Camp. Children and adults will have the opportunity for hands on, interactive experiences including roping sorting, saddling, cattle drive demonstrations, and more.
