I don’t know about you, but this fall weather has me in the cooking mood! If you are in the same card-carrying-fall-cooking-bliss-boat, here are 6 fantastic pumpkin recipes from around the web you’ve got to try (in no particular order).

1. Paul Virant’s Pumpkin Butter Recipe

Turn pumpkin or any winter squash into Pumpkin Butter ~ this holiday season’s go-to gift, breakfast, or dessert. Paul Virant and Kristen Miglore at Food52 show us step-by-step how to easily make this roasted carmelized pumpkin butter spread. We are pretty sure it’s the best you’ll ever taste, plus it keeps in the fridge for a few weeks and freezes well.

2. Amazing Pumpkin Fudge Recipe

I am pretty sure this is still the most amazing, melt-in-you-mouth fudge and best use of pumpkin from a can! Apparently many agree, as this Pumpkin Fudge Recipe was posted 4 years ago and is still one of the most pinned posts at Frugal in Fort Worth.

3. Pumpkin Maple Pecan Granola Recipe

We found this delicious Pumpkin Maple Pecan Granola recipe at food blogger Minimalist Baker (they pretty much had us hooked at the title!). Described as “Simple, healthy granola that’s perfect for fall — just 9 ingredients, perfectly crunchy, and infused with tons of pumpkin flavor and fall spices.” Mmmmm.

4. DOUBLE LAYER PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE Pie

With will over 2,000 5-star ratings, Double-layer Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie is one of All-Recipes most sought-after recipe finds.  It is described as “a great alternative to pumpkin pie, especially for those cheesecake fans out there.” If you want to make it with that “little extra special something,” start with the delicious homemade graham cracker crust recipe you’ll find here.

5. Golden Pumpkin Bread Recipe

If you want a no-fail pumpkin quick bread that comes out delicious and moist every time, this recipe from Land O Lakes is the one! The recipe is intended to be baked in miniature loaf pans for gifts, but it works nicely in larger loaf pans too. Substitute oat flour for the all-purpose flour to make it gluten-free.

6. Pumpkin Scones Recipe (Starbucks CopyCat)

Food Blogger Cooking Classy has published her copycat recipe for Starbucks’ Pumpkin Scones. Moist and full of the amazing flavors of fall, you’ll want to add this knock-out knock-off to your “favorites” recipe file.
