A couple of my favorite finds are the Silpat Baking Mats ($15.88)  that make any baking sheet nonstick and the set of 2 Contemporary Calphalon Omelette pans (10″ and 12″) ~ you get both pans for $49.99!!!  I highly recommend these pans, as these are my “go-to” pans for just about everything that requires a skillet (really easy clean-up, too). I saw similar Calphalon pans selling at Williams-Sonoma for $275 when purchased à la carte!
