Frugal Tip: FREE Loan-A-Tool Program for Do-It-Yourselfers, From AutoZone

A tip to pass along to those who like to tinker with their cars…

AutoZone has started a nifty Loan-A-Tool Program.

Their new program provides a FREE loan on a wide selection of seldom-used, expensive-to-own specialty tools for all sorts of  DIY car repair work:  tools for  steering and suspension work, air conditioning jobs, engine repair, and more.

They’ve made it easy. Just leave a deposit at the store when you pick up the tool, and when you’re through, just bring it back to get a refund on your deposit.

A complete listing of the available tools is listed by category here. Or stop by a local AutoZone store and ask for more details!

Enjoy!  :)
