    customers will receive a complimentary scoop of either Amarena

2. Get A FREE CUP of Ice Cream at Cold Stone

What: Cold Stone is giving away a FREE 3oz scoop of ice cream
    today! The special give-away flavor is called Katie’s Creation,
    named after a Make-A-Wish participant. It sounds like a great fall
    flavor with its caramel apple ice cream, graham cracker pie crust,
    and apple pie filling. The FREE serving is part of a fundraiser for the

What: Pick up a FREE chocolate chip cookie from Great American
    Cookies on Friday! As part of the 2010 National Book Drive, they
    are also giving away a free cookie throughout the month of October
    for anyone who donates a new or gently used book. Get more

When: Friday, October 1, 2010 ~ 10:00AM to 2:00PM
