I like Pumpkin Masters’ 4-in-1 Carving Tool Kit for intricate detailing of the Jack-O-lantern, plus it’s much safer than a kitchen knife (check out Hobby Lobby or get it for $6.99 at Amazon). The Van Vacter Pumpkin Melon Knife
gives you a really great grip when cutting through pumpkins and melons; its special blade carves designs beautifully. I found it at Target last year (haven’t looked this year, but you can definitely get it at Amazon for about $14)!
