Do you have a pile of burned-out Christmas lights sitting around in the garage? Are you replacing old light strands with energy-efficient LED lights? Don’t throw out your old lights — recycle them at one of Fort Worth’s free Christmas light recycling locations.
Drop off unwanted lights at a Fort Worth drop-off station by January 31:
- Brennan Drop-off Station, 2400 Brennan Ave.
- Southeast Drop-off Station, 5150 Martin Luther King Freeway.
- Old Hemphill Road Drop-off Station, 6260 Old Hemphill Road.
The stations are open 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday. Closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Stations close at 5 p.m. the day before holidays.
