New Parents ~ want to learn something new about fine art?
The Amon Carter Museum of American Art’s New Parents Tour has started up again for 2014 and will be offered the last Friday of each month, January–September at 10:30 a.m. It’s so much fun for parents and grandparents to enjoy an art tour designed just for them while they push their babies and toddlers through the museum in their strollers.
The first opportunity to take part is this Friday, January 31st!
What: Explore a new aspect of the Amon Carter each month during an adult tour for parents, grandparents, and other caregivers with little ones in tow. The tour begins at the Information Desk. No reservations are required. This program is best for adults accompanied by children two years old or younger.
When: Friday, January 31, 2013 – 10:30am – 11:30am.

Where: The Amon Carter Museum is located at 3501 Camp Bowie Blvd. Directions and parking details can be found here. The tour begins at the information desk.
Parking: FREE parking is available in the museum’s East lot (off Camp Bowie Blvd). Parents are encouraged to park here and follow the sidewalk along the north side of the museum, where an accessible lift is available for your stroller. A museum representative will be there to help.
Cost: FREE! Entrance to the Amon Carter’s permanent collection is always free (but donations are appreciated).
