 Friday-Sunday, May 21-23, 2010    

    

Bring the family to downtown Grapevine for a weekend festival full of fun
family activities, live entertainment, food and more. Festival guests will
have the opportunity to watch and/or participate in scuba diving, BMX
stunts, trampoline acrobat stunts, quad bungee jumping, kayaking, gunfighters
of the Old West, British Emporium car show, carnival rides, and much more.

Join the Noble Planetarium staff for their FREE Star Gazing party Saturday
night. You will find plenty of telescopes for viewing and lots of experts
available to help you and your family navigate your way through
the skies.

What does the art of the past mean to the artist of the present? In this
ongoing program, moderated by Kimbell staff, artists discuss works in
the Museum’s collection, and share special insights. Featuring artist
Ron Cheek and moderated by C. D. Dickerson, curator of European art  

This program is FREE and open to the public.

you have a kit for your little ones.

Mayor Mike and Rosie’s Summer Reading Challenge 2010 officially begins
this Saturday. Each library will have a special program that day, including
musicians, story tellers and other performers. Participation in the program
is easy, and you could win one of many great prizes, including MP3 players,
Netbooks and Kindles!
