8.  FREE Stock Show Grounds Admission For Museum Members ~ If you’re a member of The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, the Cattle Raisers Museum or the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, you can get into the Stock Show Grounds for FREE. On a windy afternoon on Jan. 12, 1911, Roland Garros, memmber of a touring group of French and American pilots, took to the air and became the first person to perform a powered flight in Fort Worth. A crowd of nearly 17,000 people watched the event at the Fort Worth Driving Park near present-day Montgomery Plaza. On a personal note:   A similar 1-day Swiss Gear backpack deal was available a couple of months ago ~ we heard from many of you who were disappointed when this sold out before you could snag the deal (so, please don’t wait on this one.  The price is only good today!). 

My husband, who ~ let’s just say ~ is not gentle on his laptop bags (understatement of the year!), has carried a similar version of this SwissGear backpack for his laptop the last couple of years.  With his extensive plane travel, he has given it the “torture test” (and I do mean torture!).  He has been through A LOT of laptop bags over the years, and this one has not only survived him, it still looks barely used after its 2 years of abuse.  I can highly recommend this laptop backpack brand, especially at this price!
